Flexible Leasing Period
We can block out designated period of for landlords’ coming home or own usage. We can also provide extra value-added services such as personal valuables storage in warehouses. Leasing period can be as short as 1 to 3 months, allowing landlords to lease the properties during transactions completion. Short period of leasing also allows landlords flexibility in selling the properties once the ideal selling price is reached.
Maximize Rental Value and Occupancy Rate
We will evaluate and come up with proposed market rental value to landlords by properties size, location, accessibilities, facilities, and similar posting comparison. Regular review and adjustment due to seasonal factors would help us to maximize rental value and occupancy rate. We act the best interest for landlords.
After agreeing on the terms of service and signing the commission contract with landlord, we will start to market the properties including taking pictures posting, drafting the key selling points, benchmarking with similar properties available for lease in neighborhood, and key local attractions. We will come up with proposed rental rate per night and seek prior approval from landlords before posting.
We will handle guest enquiries and offer extra assistance to the guests including moving in and out, transportation, and even recommendation in sight-seeing and dining out. Transparence in Settlement on Monthly Basis
Landlord could check occupancy by internet anywhere in the world. Our monthly statement lists out rented days, rental income, expense and cost breakdown. We will remit rental income to landlords’ designated bank accounts in Hong Kong. Our worry-free services reduce landlords laborious paper work.
